JAF16AP8: Group of rhombododecahedral Almandine crystals, with very well defined faces and edges, in a mica schist matrix.
The specimen, from a place where few good quality almandines are known, comes from the collection of Andrés Jiménez Shelly, and was previously in the collection of José Luís Otero.

Goethite

JAL66AP8: Compared with other goethites from southern Spain, those found in the La Lapilla mine stand out for their delicate latticed growths and very fine arched structures, sometimes almost filamentous, that add to the quality and vivid brilliance of its metallic iridescences, with blue, ocher and reddish reflections, with a predominance of metallic greyish.
The specimen comes from the collection of Andrés Jiménez Shelly.

JJK26AP8: Sharp and flattened rhombohedral crystals of Calcite with geometric phantom growths, between transparent and translucent, with bright luster, on a limonite matrix in parallel columnar growth due to its pseudomorphing the original Goethite.

JPB37AP8: Group of Sphalerite crystals with very sharp crystal forms, between translucent and transparent, lustrous and honey-yellow. On matrix, with white rhombohedral Dolomite crystals and unusual flattened Galena crystals.
This very aesthetic specimen comes from the collection of Andrés Jiménez Shelly.

This specimen has a very different crystallography than usual, and comes from the collection of Andrés Jiménez Shelly and was previously in the Folch collection (duplicates) whose handwritten label we will attach.
