EF89AM1: Elbaite crystals with sharp faces and edges and a flat pinacoid termination, between transparent and translucent, with good luster and a very intense pink color (rubellite variety), on matrix, with Feldspar and Quartz crystals. The locality name differs from what has been given so far for similar specimens, and we do not know whether there are in fact two different localities or not.

Elbaite crystals with well defined faces and edges, between transparent and translucent, with good luster, and a yellow prism with greenish tones and a black geometric rhombohedral terminal zone popularly known as a “Black Cap”. On matrix, with Quartz and Feldspar crystals. The locality name differs from what has been given so far for similar specimens, and we do not know whether there are in fact two different localities or not.

On matrix, with Feldspar and Quartz crystals. Proustite with Silver, Acanthite and Quartz
 

EG91AM1: Very sharp, transparent, brilliant Proustite crystals with an intense and vivid color that partially cover hooked Silver wires. On matrix, with white Quartz crystals and small but very sharp octahedral crystals of Acanthite. In Imiter, it is very rare to find free-standing specimens in a vug like this one, which also has the unusual detail of the Silver wire coated with red Proustite crystals.
The specimen has been reviewed, photographed and published as a new discovery in the magazine ‘Mineral Up’ on page 43 of the 2020/02 edition.
