SV2160TFX: Aggregate of very sharp Sphalerite crystals (variety marmatite), with very well defined spinel-law twinning, intense black color, very lustrous, and aerial.
Although it might appear that this specimen comes from the Trepča mining complex, its origin is really the José Maestre tunnel in the La Unión-Cartagena mining district, Spain, and it has a high quality compared to the specimens we usually see from there.
