SV2280TXA: Group of Calcite crystals grouped in rosettes with globular growths clearly showing a part of the dark crystals due to inclusions -probably Boulangerite- that affects most of the crystals. Several nodules formed by Pyrite crystals provide a beautiful color contrast to the specimen.
The Trepča mining complex is one of the largest polymetallic deposits in the world and for many years has yielded exceptional pieces of Sphalerite, as well as varied combinations of sulfides and carbonates as shown in this specimen, from the ex-Ferat Voca collection.
