Parallel group of prismatic crystals well defined, bright and having well defined terminations. The matrix is formed by tabular crystals of Siderite.On the back side is a minor crystal, probable Scheelite, visible with the UV light. Curiously, Scheelite is a scarce species at the Panasqueira Mine.

Ferberite crystals, some of them doubly terminated, with parallel growths, with very well defined forms and with widely developed pyramidal faces, rare for samples from Panasqueira. They are very bright and are on a Siderite matrix, with Muscovite and small Arsenopyrite crystals. A classic of great quality for the locality.

Ferrian Köttigite with Pharmacosiderite.
TT47AB8: Ferrian Köttigite with Pharmacosiderite
Centered aggregate of Köttigite crystals with very well defined terminations and a deep bluish-green color. It is on matrix, with microscopic coatings of yellowish Pharmacosiderite. The Raman analysis indicates values in the Köttigite-Parasymplesite series and concludes it is an iron bearing Köttigite. We’ll send a copy of the analysis to the buyer.

Fine specimen on matrix of Ferrierite-Mg (a zeolite uncommon in quality specimens) with globular growths of fine lamellar crystals, transparent, with an excellent reddish orange color and with small unidentified crystals (probably Quartz) on the surface of one of the spheres. This type of specimen, as well as the locality, seem already destined to become classics for the species.

Fluellite its a rare mineral that is only found in millimetre sized crystals. Its color is usually white, so we cannot expect great beauty for this mineral. In this case the Wavellite helps by adding contrast and giving some esthetics to this rare mineral which is hard to find it in good specimens.
