Doubly terminated Quartz crystal, between translucent and transparent, very lustrous, with inclusions and on a matrix of sharp rhombohedral crystals of Siderite. Although it was found in the Taouz area, it is not from the group of mines at that locality but rather appeared on a nearby mountain that has no relation to the mining complex.

The Trepča mining complex, from where this specimen comes, is one of the largest polymetallic deposits in the world, from the former collection of Ferat Voca.
