Octahedral Fluorite with Schorl and Albite.
FB96K9: Octahedral Fluorite with Schorl and Albite
Octahedral crystal with rounded edges, intense green color, on a Albite matrix with small Schorl crystals.
Dassu, Braldu Valley, Shigar District, Gilgit-Baltistan (Northern Areas)  Pakistan
Specimen size: 4.2 × 3.4 × 3.2 cm = 1.65” × 1.34” × 1.26”

Price: [SOLD]
Octahedral Fluorite with smoky Quartz.
FH66T3: Octahedral Fluorite with smoky Quartz
Group of octahedral crystals of Fluorite, with very well defined faces and edges and clear lilac color, very unusual for the samples from the area. They are on matrix, with smoky Quartz and Albite.
The specimen has been published in the magazine ‘extraLAPIS’ on page 41, number 44, "Uri".
Fellital (Felli Valley), Reuss Valley, Uri  Switzerland
Specimen size: 9 × 8.6 × 3.9 cm = 3.54” × 3.39” × 1.54”

Main crystal size: 1.3 × 1.3 cm = 0.51” × 0.51”

Price: [SOLD]
Octahedral Fluorite with smoky Quartz and Albite.
EB51G4: Octahedral Fluorite with smoky Quartz and Albite
In this Fluorite the color and definition of faces and edges are excellent. Fluorite crystal is enhanced by a group of doubly-terminated smoky Quartz crystals with microcrystals of Albite, all in a matrix, also of Albite.
Göscheneralp, Göschenen Valley, Göschenen, Reuss Valley, Uri  Switzerland (1986)
Specimen size: 4.7 × 4.1 × 3 cm = 1.85” × 1.61” × 1.18”

Price: [SOLD]
Quartz after Octahedral Fluorite.
FQ46G6: Quartz after Octahedral Fluorite
In a first view, as a Quartz, it looks rare. And it is rare, because it has the form of octahedral Fluorite, previously existing and substituted by the Quartz. More curious is to observe that the surface is cryptocrystalline Quartz (Chalcedony) but the core of the octahedron, where Fluorite primarily was, is hollow and consists of little geodes covered by Quartz crystals.
Wheal Mary Ann, Menheniot, Liskeard, Cornwall  England / United Kingdom
Specimen size: 7.5 × 6.4 × 3.3 cm = 2.95” × 2.52” × 1.30”

Main crystal size: 1.5 × 1.5 cm = 0.59” × 0.59”

Price: [SOLD]
Rounded Fluorite.
TD11F2: Rounded Fluorite
The rounded formations are notable for the variation on color, between lilac and light gray-green. They sit on a long matrix and contrast with the white Quartz and darker host rock.
Buxières-les-Mines, Moulins, Allier, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes  France (2004)
Specimen size: 7.5 × 4.5 × 3.5 cm = 2.95” × 1.77” × 1.38”

Price: [SOLD]
Smoky Quartz with octahedral Fluorite and Pyrite.
JF89X9: Smoky Quartz with octahedral Fluorite and Pyrite
Aggregate of very sharp octahedral Fluorite crystals with abundant inclusions. They are on a group of smoky Quartz crystals, with small cubic Pyrite crystals. It is currently very difficult to obtain good samples from this locality.
Kara-Oba, Betpak-Dala (Bet-Pak-Dala) Desert, Karaganda Region  Kazakhstan (±1993)
Specimen size: 13.2 × 8.3 × 8.5 cm = 5.20” × 3.27” × 3.35”

Main crystal size: 7.7 × 4 cm = 3.03” × 1.57”

Price: [SOLD]
Tetrahexahedral Fluorite with Baryte.
N13BH5: Tetrahexahedral Fluorite with Baryte
Crystals, being small, show an astonishing sharpness of tetrahexahedron, a rare single form on Fluorite because generally it is combined with some other forms. Crystals are uncolored, bright and completely clear and are scattered over an esthetic matrix of white crystals of Baryte.
Jaimina Mine, Obdulia vein, Caravia mining area, Trechorio, Carrales, Caravia, Comarca Oriente, Principality of Asturias (Asturias)  Spain (1996)
Specimen size: 8.4 × 6.4 × 5.3 cm = 3.31” × 2.52” × 2.09”

Price: [SOLD]
Tetrahexahedral Fluorite with Baryte.
NC96F0: Tetrahexahedral Fluorite with Baryte
The crystals are tetrahexahedral although this is not very obvious given the subsequent growth of the faces of the basic cube. Near the edges of the crystals there is a fine violet color zone. The crystals, for all their considerable size, are transparent enough to allow one to see the Baryte inclusions.
Jaimina Mine, Obdulia vein, Caravia mining area, Trechorio, Carrales, Caravia, Comarca Oriente, Principality of Asturias (Asturias)  Spain (1996)
Specimen size: 13.5 × 11 × 7.5 cm = 5.31” × 4.33” × 2.95”

Main crystal size: 4.5 × 3.5 cm = 1.77” × 1.38”

Price: [SOLD]
Twinned Fluorite.
FD60H2: Twinned Fluorite
Group of twinned crystals of Fluorite, with the typical deep green color of the old samples from the locality. The specimen was on Martín Oliete collection. Martín purchased it in 1976 from Bailey Minerals.
Heights Quarry, Westgate, Weardale, North Pennines Orefield, County Durham  England / United Kingdom (±1976)
Specimen size: 4.2 × 3.2 × 3 cm = 1.65” × 1.26” × 1.18”

Price: [SOLD]
