.
9N96EK0: Sphalerite, Galena, Dolomite
Group of very sharp, twinned crystals of excellent honey color and luster on a matrix very rich in Galena and Dolomite. Due to the appearance and the association with Galena it looks different that the usual specimens from Áliva, but it is really from there
Áliva Mine (Las Mánforas Mine), Áliva mining area, Camaleño, Comarca Liébana, Cantabria  Spain

19CVA11: Sphalerite, Quartz
On a druse formed by Quartz crystals sit several Sphalerite crystals, two of them clearly dominant, twinned, translucent and lustrous, with the toasted honey color offering a beautiful color contrast with the matrix. Comes from a classic epithermal deposit in the Slovenian Neogene volcanic field. This specimen comes from the former collection (duplicates) of Carles Curto (number 1966.28), whose label we will send to the buyer.

Druse of complex Sphalerite crystals. They are transparent, very bright, and have a very intense orange color with red shades being partially coated by microcrystalline translucent Quartz.
Kangjianwan Mine, Shuikoushan ore field, Changning, Hengyang Prefecture, Hunan Province  China (2009)
Specimen size: 4.9 × 3.2 × 3.8 cm = 1.93”
.
19TRA14: Sphalerite, Quartz, Calcite, Pyrite
Complex twinned crystals of Sphalerite, lustrous, with a deep black color, perfectly defined faces and edges with marked striations on some of the crystal faces and some dissolution figures, growing among a forest of opaque white Quartz crystals, some of them showing partially dissolved terminations with internal grooves. The Sphalerite crystals are associated with groups of very shiny octahedral and cubo-octahedral Pyrite crystals with polycrystalline growths on their faces. The culmination is several rosettes of Calcite crystals colored grey by Boulangerite inclusions. The Trepča mining complex is one of the largest polymetallic deposits in the world and for many years produced exceptional specimens of Sphalerite as well as various combinations of sulphides and carbonates, as shown in this specimen from the former collection of Ferat Voca.
