Sphalerite, Quartz.
9HK26S9: Sphalerite, Quartz
Druse of complex Sphalerite crystals. They are transparent, very bright, and have a very intense orange color with red shades being partially coated by microcrystalline translucent Quartz.
Kangjianwan Mine, Shuikoushan ore field, Changning, Hengyang Prefecture, Hunan Province  China (2009)
Specimen size: 4.9 × 3.2 × 3.8 cm = 1.93”

Sphalerite, Quartz, Calcite, Pyrite.
19TRA14: Sphalerite, Quartz, Calcite, Pyrite
Complex twinned crystals of Sphalerite, lustrous, with a deep black color, perfectly defined faces and edges with marked striations on some of the crystal faces and some dissolution figures, growing among a forest of opaque white Quartz crystals, some of them showing partially dissolved terminations with internal grooves. The Sphalerite crystals are associated with groups of very shiny octahedral and cubo-octahedral Pyrite crystals with polycrystalline growths on their faces. The culmination is several rosettes of Calcite crystals colored grey by Boulangerite inclusions. The Trepča mining complex is one of the largest polymetallic deposits in the world and for many years produced exceptional specimens of Sphalerite as well as various combinations of sulphides and carbonates, as shown in this specimen from the former collection of Ferat Voca.
Stan Trg (Stari Trg) Mine, Trepča Complex, Trepča Valley, Kosovska Mitrovica, Kosovska Mitrovica District  Kosovo (2000-2021)
Specimen size: 7.2 × 5.5 × 3.6 cm = 2.83” × 2.17” × 1.42”

Main crystal size: 2.2 × 1.9 cm = 0.87” × 0.75”

Sphalerite, Rhodochrosite, Quartz.
18TGM66: Sphalerite, Rhodochrosite, Quartz
Aggregate of very sharp Sphalerite crystals (variety marmatite), with very distinct spinel-law twinning, an intense black color, very lustrous, partially covered by cream-colored botryoidal Rhodochrosite crystals. Finally, partially covering the piece, there are white lenticular Calcite crystals with sharp rhombohedral terminations. The Trepča mining complex is one of the largest polymetallic deposits in the world and for many years produced exceptional specimens of Sphalerite as well as varied combinations of sulfides and carbonates, as shown in this specimen.
Stan Trg (Stari Trg) Mine, Trepča Complex, Trepča Valley, Kosovska Mitrovica, Kosovska Mitrovica District  Kosovo (2000-2021)
Specimen size: 8.6 × 6.8 × 2.5 cm = 3.39” × 2.68” × 0.98”

Price: [SOLD]
Sphalerite, Siderite.
2M15: Sphalerite, Siderite
Aggregate of highly profiled Sphalerite crystals (variety Marmatite), with the spinel-law twinning plane being very well defined. Intense black color, very good luster and partially coated by Siderite.
Stan Trg (Stari Trg) Mine, Trepča Complex, Trepča Valley, Kosovska Mitrovica, Kosovska Mitrovica District  Kosovo (2015)
Specimen size: 6.0 × 3.0 × 3.2 cm = 2.36” × 1.18” × 1.26”

Main crystal size: 1.1 × 1.1 cm = 0.43” × 0.43”
