Arsenopyrite with Chalcopyrite, Cassiterite y Sphalerite.
JFD131AO5: Arsenopyrite with Chalcopyrite, Cassiterite y Sphalerite
The Panasqueira mines have been active for many years and even in 1964 notable specimens were already coming out. Somewhat different from the current ones, but also attractive. In this case, the Arsenopyrite has a different crystal habit from the one we usually see today and an Arsenopyrite-Chalcopyrite-Cassiterite-Sphalerite association that is not normally seen today either, and yet it is still easy to recognize the Panasqueira signature.
