Parallel growths of tabular Baryte crystals of very good size, transparent, colorless and with good luster. Of the best quality for the deposit, it comes from an unique vug, found in modern times, and which yielded very few pieces, this being one of the best together with its mythical larger sister that currently resides in the Museo de Ciencias Naturales de Álava.

Druse of remarkably transparent elongated Baryte crystals, some of them doubly terminated, with very well defined faces and edges, extraordinarily bright and showing a curious color change, from pale blue to yellow shades. Although in the find a lot of samples were recovered, our selection was reduced to just two of them, the only ones having our requisite quality and integrity requirements.

Bought from a well-known collector in Murcia in 1994, I was right to buy it since the Victoria Mine, although prolific, does not usually produce specimens as fine as this one, very clean and with a lot of definition to the crystals, not very large, but more individualized than on other pieces from that mine. The color, as is often the case with Victoria's barytes, is excellent.
