A Pyrite crystal that has completely pseudomorphed an original Pyrrhotite crystal, preserving its pseudo-hexagonal structure.
The specimen, consisting of a single large pseudomorphed Pyrrhotite crystal, is accompanied by black, lustrous, and twinned Sphalerite crystals, as well as cubic Galena crystals, one of which is cubo-octahedral with truncated vertices.
A very elegant piece, from the Trepča mining complex, where lead, silver, and zinc are extracted.
