TH6Q0: Phosphophyllite
A novelty at Tucson 2010. Group of very elongated crystals with very acute terminations. Most of the crystals are “swallowtail” twins. They have uniform pale green color and are on Limonite matrix. The sample is from a recent find, in a new locality.
The specimen has been reviewed, photographed and published as a new discovery in the magazine ‘Mineral Up’ on page 29 in number 2010/2

MC96V0: Phosphophyllite with Vivianite and Quartz
From the type locality for the species. Groups of very acute dipyramidal crystals with sharp faces and edges. They are transparent, with a slightly green color and one of them with a nice and neat butterfly twin. They are on a matrix of Quartz with blue Vivianite. A German classic.

Groups on matrix of two very different generations of Picropharmacolite: the first is made up of groups of microcrystals that form spheres to which the presence of cobalt salts gives their intense red color, and the second are centered groups of acicular crystals with a very pale pink color, almost white. EF87Z9: Plancheite
Botryoidal growths with surfaces that have a felted aspect. They are on matrix and have very fine hair-like crystals with an intense sky-blue color. The sample has an excellent quality for the species.

RN59M2: Plancheite with Chrysocolla
A representative specimen for classic Plancheite specimens, a little bit different than the actual samples we usually see in the market. This specimen is in spherical forms constituted by radiated acicular growths with a deep blue color, partially covered by a Chrysocolla layer. A really nice miniature from past times.

JFD17AN5: Plattnerite with Calcite
This Plattnerite comes from the great find made in the Preguiça Mine by a group of people from Huelva in the years 2005-2006. Very graceful, with the contrast between the very lustrous small crystals of Plattnerite and the white Calcite. When I bought them I had them analyzed by Joan Viñals and the analysis confirmed that they were indeed plattnerites.

MBT48CD6: Plattnerite with Calcite and Hemimorphite
Spherical aggregates of dark acicular Plattnerite crystals with intense metallic luster, implanted in limonitic matrix, and accompanied by translucent white Calcite crystals. When analyzing the specimen it was seen that there were also small Hemimorphite crystals distributed among the plattnerites. The specimen comes from the collection of duplicates of Carles Curto (number 1977.16), whose digital catalogue file we will send to the buyer.

New of 2024. Botryoidal groups of Plumbogummite in matrix, forming layers with colorations ranging from intense and uniform sky blue to greenish-grayish shades. From an old mine in Garlitos, Badajoz, this phosphate can be considered of the best known quality for the species in the Iberian Peninsula.
