NE27AJ0: Franckeite with Stannite
Spheroidal growths of small Franckeite crystals that are metallic dark gray, almost black, and are very well defined and bright. They are on matrix with Pyrite and very well defined Stannite crystals. An excellent sample of this rare mineral.
The sample was in the Gilbert Gautier collection whose label we will send to the buyer.

Octahedral Franklinite crystal on matrix with the classical shape of the samples from Franklin in the sixties of the last century. It has very well defined faces and edges which are slightly curved. An American classic from the type locality for the species.

MMX96AN9: Franklinite with Calcite
Octahedral crystals of Franklinite with very sharp crystal forms and with the dominant octahedron beveled by the dodecahedron. One of the crystals is clearly dominant and very aerial on a Calcite matrix. We emphasize that the crystal, in addition to being very aerial and complete, is practically free of damage, something really unusual in this type of specimen. To all this we must add that the specimen comes from the prestigious collections of John Kolic and Chester Lemanski.

Group of extremely sharp tetrahedral crystals. They are very well defined and bright and are on matrix with Quartz.

Aggregate of short prismatic Freieslebenite crystals, a typical shape for the locality. They are very bright and have a fine growth striation. The crystals are not perfect and this is noted on the price, even considering the rarity of the species, coming from the type locality and the crystal size

Twin of two Freieslebenite crystals with well defined faces and edges, brilliant luster, and with fine parallel growth lines. The specimen, very old and from the type locality for the species, shows the expected slight scratches in some areas.

EV68AF7: Gadolinite-(Y) with Quartz
Crystal that has a definition of faces and edges that is very much better than usual with samples of the rare Gadolinite-(Y). They are, furthermore, very bright and are included in a massive Quartz matrix.
The sample, a Norwegian classic, is from the René Hubin collection from Neupré in Belgium, whose label we’ll send to the buyer.

Two black, octahedral crystals on matrix. It is not common that one finds examples of this species with good crystal form, especially with such sharp profiles. It comes with a label from Deyrolle (Paris), where he bought it in 1933, which has Sr. Folch’s handwritten notes on it.
