TD46L1: Elbaite (variety paraíba)
Well defined and transparent Elbaite crystal, with excellent color, totally natural, more blue on the sceptered base. Terminal faces are well defined and with no damage. We would like to emphasize its form because these elbaites from Paraíba, well-known for their excellent color, rarely are seen in complete crystals.

Parallel growth of two Elbaite crystals (rubellite variety) with very well defined faces and edges and good terminations. Translucent, with bright luster and an intense and uniform reddish color.
We will send the specimen, which comes from the Robert J. Noble collection, in its original Perky box from that collection, which also contains the label, which shows that it was previously in the Bob Sullivan collection.

NTM69AO7: Elbaite (variety rubellite)
Crystal of Elbaite with a prismatic habit, with simple shapes on the prism and excellent terminations with two rhombohedral forms. Between translucent and transparent, with very good luster and vivid color (rubellite variety), more intense on the terminations, and with small white crystallizations of Albite at the base of the tourmaline crystal. The specimen comes from the collection of Miguel David Martínez (number 872), whose label we will send to the buyer.

EX74AH6: Elbaite (variety rubellite)
Two single Elbaite (rubellite variety) crystals, one of them doubly terminated and hemihedral. The crystals are with Albite and tabular Muscovite crystals and are translucent with an intense reddish-pink color with stripes of slightly yellowish shades.

TD16F3: Elbaite (variety rubellite)
A large prismatic crystal, very gemmy, and with a good mix of especially attractive red tones that show very noticeable zoning. The very sharp rhombohedral faces of the tip show intense brilliance and are especially gemmy. The base is recrystallized. Really esthetic.

Elbaite crystal (variety rubellite) with very sharp crystal forms and excellent terminations. It is transparent, very lustrous, and has a wine-red prism with gradations in the same color tones.

Group of extraordinarily elongated Elbaite crystals, translucent, with good luster and a very vivid and uniform pink color (rubellite variety). Different from others, its architecture is very curious with that multitude of stacked crystals.

TE99: Elbaite (variety rubellite)
Colorful and sharp classic Elbaite (Rubellite) from the classic Himalaya Mine. The crystal is thick, transparent and crystallized at the base. The association with a doubly terminated quartz gives it a nice contrast. A perfect and potent specimen!

MD37G9: Elbaite (variety rubellite)
The color, with deep mauve tones, is exceptional. Terminal faces consist of two rhombohedrons and they are very well defined and completely transparent.
The specimen has been reviewed, photographed and published as a new discovery in the magazine ‘Mineral Up’ on page 22 in number 2006/2.

VC88Y5: Elbaite (variety rubellite)
Single crystal with very well defined faces and edges, with a finely striated prism and a terminal pinacoid with small polycrystalline growths. The sample shows an excellent luster and a good transparency, with a clearer geometric color zoning on the terminal area. The rest of the prism has a very intense and uniform color, with the tone popularly well known as “pink bubble-gum”.

TC88V7: Elbaite (variety rubellite) on Schorl
Polycrystalline aggregates (“mushroom” shaped) of Elbaite (rubellite) with very well developed curvatures on the faces and edges that confer this curious appearance to the aggregate. The crystals have three very different shades of color: pale pink on the prism faces, of fibrous aspect, and the terminal faces that present two different red tones. The growth of Elbaite is coating a crystal of Schorl as a hood.
