Polycrystalline growths of Dravite showing short hexagonal prisms and rhombohedral terminations with very defined faces and edges, with a very deep and uniform brown color, and with white Muscovite crystals. The specimen, different from others due to its appearance of being in a matrix, is of high quality for the deposit, the classic Australian locality of Yinnietharra.

The crystal has intense reddish reflections and, curiously, analysis has determined that it belongs to the Dravite-Elbaite (Series) We will send a copy of the analysis to the buyer.

11TRM14: Dufrénite, Quartz, Albite
Quartz crystal (smoky variety), doubly terminated and partially covered by a large group of snowy white Albite crystals. On top of the Albite sits a younger mass of very small dark Dufrenite crystals, which is normally a secondary mineral in iron deposits. Metasomatic fluid circulation and weathering processes gave rise to the formation of secondary phosphates, such as Dufrenite, in this lithium-rich pegmatite.
