Rich group of extraordinarily lustrous and translucent Celestine crystals, terminated, with perfectly defined faces and edges, on a marly rock matrix covered by a multitude of small lustrous Calcite crystals. The light blue hue of the Celestine crystals is very characteristic for this deposit and is particularly reminiscent of the world-renowned specimens from the Sakoany deposit in Madagascar.

SV160EBR: Cerussite
Group of Cerussite crystals on a ferruginous rock matrix with marked complete multiple twins and with a morphology reminiscent of snowflakes, but with scattered crystals and some stacking, which makes this type of Cerussite popularly known as 'jackstraw'. The specimen is a classic for this American Mine in Arizona, although in this case the crystals are more transparent than is usual in this locality.

A sample from the Don Quijote mine that is true part of Spanish mineralogical history and that, by its morphological characteristics, we assume was extracted in the late nineteenth century. The aggregate is composed of arrow-shaped twins, with the faces and edges defined, silky luster and uniform white color.
The specimen is from the Lluís Daunis collection.
