TP49X2: Silver
Fissure plate of micro-crystals on matrix. The sample is from an old find at Imiter, probably around the 1990'ts. Its luster and fresh aspect suggest that it has no mercury and it is native Silver and not the variety kongsbergite, very common at this locality.

NF59H1: Silver
The growth is laminar which is uncommon in the samples from Falset. Another aspect to distinguish the specimen is that it hasn’t been etched out with acid because the Silver is found in fissures and is not included in Calcite.

.
TZ26F3: Silver (spinel twin)
This is a really great sample, very esthetic, with the branches of the Silver very aerial, and clearly showing the Spinel twinning. This form is not that uncommon in the silvers from Mexico, but it is not normally this obvious. So, as we said, a great one.
The specimen has been reviewed, photographed and published in the magazine ‘Rivista Mineralogica Italiana’ on page 245 in number 2005/4.
San Antonio Mine, Cerro de las Animas, Todos Santos-Roncevalles, Batopilas, Andrés del Río District, Municipio Batopilas, Chihuahua  Mexico

.
CTT63AP7: Silver (variety 'sponge')
Spongy aggregate of very elongated lamellar Silver crystals. This kind of specimen was very typical in the small veins of the mine, a historic Spanish mining locality, where they were called 'sponges' because of their peculiar appearance. The specimen comes from the Carles Curto collection's duplicates (number 1971.42), whose label and digital file we will send to the buyer.
Santa Matilde cut, Berja mining group, Las Herrerías, Almagrera Range, Cuevas del Almanzora, Comarca Levante Almeriense, Almería, Andalusia  Spain
Specimen size: 2.8 × 1.4 × 1.2 cm = 1.10” × 0.55” × 0.47”
.
21PRX61: Silver (variety kongsbergite)
In the classic Las Herrerías Mine, works done in 1999 has revealed new Silvers in the zone of secondary enrichment, quite similar to those found many years ago in that mine and which are represented in the world's most important museums. The new pieces have a very high content (±10%) of Mercury. In addition, when analyzing them, we saw that they had a large amount of Chlorargyrite scattered throughout. As always, we will send a copy of these analyses to whoever buys the piece. This particular specimen is very solid, unlike the more 'fluffy' classical pieces, and exhibits very aerial growths.
Santa Matilde cut, Berja mining group, Las Herrerías, Almagrera Range, Cuevas del Almanzora, Comarca Levante Almeriense, Almería, Andalusia  Spain (08/1999)
Specimen size: 2.5 × 2.2 × 1.1 cm = 0.98” × 0.87” × 0.43”
.
JFD135AO5: Silver (variety kongsbergite)
With a bad reputation for containing a lot of mercury (kongsbergite variety), if carefully protected from light they do not turn black and they retain that slightly reddish tone so characteristic of Imiter. With some matrix, very good size and that arborescent appearance, it is still a remarkable specimen despite the 32 years that have passed since it was found and I bought it.
Imiter Mine, Jebel Saghro, Imiter District, Tinghir Province, Drâa-Tafilalet Region  Morocco (1990)
Specimen size: 13.3 × 9.5 × 2.9 cm = 5.24” × 3.74” × 1.14”
