N12TK0: Siderite with Quartz and Fluorapatite
Group of first generation crystals, so they are translucent and have an excellent color and luster. On the Siderite there is a small group of tabular Fluorapatite crystals and Quartz crystals. This type of first generation Siderite is very uncommon at Panasqueira.

JFD229AP9: Siderite with Quartz and Pyrite
A very clear and perfect Quartz, with a very showy phantom, clearly displaying the different phases of crystal growth. The Siderite, very sharp and aerial, and with small Pyrite crystals adds its signature to the piece.

ND16G4: Siderite with Quartz and Pyrite
Rhombohedrons are very defined and its rough surface is a product of re-crystallization of the same Siderite. Crystals are aerial on a matrix of Quartz crystals with little crystallizations of Pyrite.

Group of very sharp lenticular crystals of Siderite with polycrystalline growths, with good luster and a light cream color. On matrix, with crystals of Fluorapatite, Quartz and small acicular crystals of Dravite-Schorl. Very original and with a higher quality than usual in this locality.

MAE46AP6: Siderite with Quartz, Siderite inclusions and Arsenopyrite
Group of tabular Siderite crystals bordered by a second generation of Siderite, with a perfect Quartz crystal, without the typical small dings prevalent in specimens from this locality, transparent, very lustrous, with inclusions of Siderite and Arsenopyrite and a well-defined phantom growth whose visibility is accentuated by inclusions growing oriented on the faces of the successive phantom growths.

Sharp rhombohedral crystals of Dolomite, twinned, accompanied by lenticular crystals of light brown Siderite with very marked edges, in a matrix carpeted with water-clear crystals of Quartz.

16NF13: Siderite, Quartz, Arsenopyrite, Muscovite, Pyrite
A plate formed by an aggregate of Muscovite crystals, interspersed with some lustrous Arsenopyrite crystals with well defined faces and edges, as well as water-clear Quartz crystals, one of them clearly dominant and with very marked growth striations. This combo is further adorned by a group of light brown lenticular Siderite crystals with a darker outline, some of them scattered and more isolated while others have grown on the Quartz crystals. Finally, a small group of Pyrite crystals completes the specimen. As so often happens with Panasqueira specimens, we can observe part of the paragenesis of the mine in a single piece.

Group of doubly terminated Quartz crystals, one of them clearly dominant and adorned by a Siderite crystal of considerable size with a hexagonal outline and light brown tone on the back. Other smaller Siderite crystals associated with Pyrite crystals are sprinkled over it. A classic paragenesis for the Panasqueira mines from where this specimen came.

AC13M4: Siegenite with Chalcopyrite and Dolomite
One of the notable specimens from the Silvane Collection. From a classic locality for the species, very sharp octahedral Siegenite crystals with a more than considerable size on a very attractive and Dolomite-rich matrix with small twinned Chalcopyrite crystals. An extraordinary specimen.

Aerial group, on matrix, with very bright leafy growths of Silver. From a well-known Mexican locality but one from which few collection specimens have been preserved.

Very bright arborescent Silver growth mainly composed by laminar surfaces and mossy aggregates but with a lens it is possible to see very well defined cubic and octahedral shaped crystals, some of them elongated. Aggregates of very elongated, fibrous Silver crystals, some of them with pronounced curvatures and fine dendritic growths and with small, poorly defined, Acanthite crystals.

Feather-like growth of Silver crystals in which a doubly terminated and very elongated crystal stands out, with the sharp profile of a spinel-law twin. The attached documentation shows that the specimen was extracted from the mine in 1979.
It comes from the Carles Curto collection (no. 1981.55), whose label and information sheet we will send to the buyer.

MA77AF2: Silver
Dendritic growth of extraordinarily elongated crystals with the very visible spinel law twins and black Acanthite surfaces. Its excellent condition of preservation in spite of the long time since it was mined (the sample is from a collection of the 80s-90s) suggests it has no embedded or interstitial mercury. It is not, then, the variety kongsbergite, the more typical Silver at this locality.

A scultural growth, very aerial and esthetic, of microcrystals with skeletal forms, on matrix. The piece is from an old find in Imiter, probably around the decade of the 90’s and unusual as the habitual has a crystalline aspect. A Silver mine with epithermal origin.
