Twinned Rutile crystal with very well defined faces and edges. The surface of the faces is very bright with intense red reflections. On the base and partially on the back and the top there is a small matrix of Pyrophyllite.
We will send the sample in its original Perkin’s box from the R.J. Noble collection, also containing the collection label.

EL73AI5: Rutile with Pyrophyllite
Twinned Rutile crystal with very well defined faces and edges, an excellent luster and implanted on a matrix of a laminar Pyrophyllite aggregate. An excellent sample, a classic both for the species and for the locality.
We’ll send to the buyer, with the sample, the original commercial label of “Aesthetics Underground” from Canada from the Rob Woodside collection.

SV2110TXA: Rutile with Quartz
Fine reticulated crystals of Rutile with brown reflections, encompassed in a crystalline matrix formed by Quartz crystals, some of them doubly terminated, highly translucent and lustrous. The specimen comes from the old collection of Robert-Auguste Touchon.

AF46M9: Rutile with Quartz
Doubly terminated crystals that have very well defined faces and edges. The crystals consist of a single prism and two terminal dipyramids twisted 90º degrees to each other. They are very bright and are on Quartz matrix. We note that the pieces from this locality are practically, nowadays, not available in the market.

TE12T6: Sabinaite with Analcime and Aegirine
Aggregate of very flattened crystals of Sabinaite. They have a clear cream color, they are bright and on matrix, with Analcime and Aegirine. The sample is with a label signed by Ann Sabina, in whose honor the species was named.

Efflorescent growth with crystals with curved faces, translucent and with a vivid intense yellow color. The matrix is lava from the Vesuvius eruption in 1906.

Group of crystals, one of them clearly dominant and all them (except one) doubly terminated. They show a prism with curved edges and a poorly defined terminal rhombohedron. The crystals are completely filled by sand inclusions. An American classic that is currently difficult to obtain in good samples because the area where they are found has been declared a National Park.

Two doubly terminated crystals, formed by a prism with curved edges and a poorly defined terminal rhombohedron. The crystals are completely filled by sand inclusions. An American classic that is currently difficult to obtain in good samples because the area where they are found has been declared a National Park.

21DKX11: Sanidine
Crystal of Sanidine embedded in a matrix of volcanic ash, very marked by degassing effects, displaying a very clean contact, slightly translucent, and coming from Santa Pau volcano in the La Garrotxa volcanic field in Catalonia. This specimen comes from the collection of Lluís Daunis, whose handwritten label with the obsolete name 'riacolita' we will send to the buyer. It is not easy to find pieces of this quality from this deposit.

Encrustations, microcrystalline concretions and acicular crystals of Sarabauite, a rare calcium sulphantimonide with a vivid and uniform red color, on matrix. The specimen, from the type locality for the species and among the highest quality known, has been analyzed and we will send a copy of the analysis to the buyer.

MCT97AO3: Sartorite on Calcite
Sartorite crystal with very sharp crystal forms and good terminations, something uncommon in this type of specimen, lustrous, and included in a white Calcite matrix. A Swiss classic, from the type locality for the species, a rare lead arsenic sulphosalt. Originally labeled “Skleroklas” (Scleroclase), a name given to sartorites long ago.

NA26AL4: Sb-rich Tennantite-(Fe) with Pyrite
Globular growth of antimony-richTennantite-(Fe), very lustrous, on matrix, with growths of iridescent Pyrite in dominant blue, red and brassy tones, and twinned Chalcocite crystals. The specimen has been analyzed and we will send a copy of the analysis to the buyer.

TY16I2: Scepter Quartz
Two main crystals have very sharp scepter growths. The crystal on the left forms an inverse scepter from the prism on the base and finishes with a very well-defined normal scepter.

ED91AH2: Scepter Quartz (variety amethyst / variety smoky)
Scepter growth on a colorless Quartz crystal stem of a very sharp doubly terminated crystal, with very neat window-like and phantom growths. The crystal, transparent and extraordinarily bright, has a smoky color with amethyst shades.
The sample is form the Desmond Sacco collection which label we’ll send to the buyer.

A very sharp scepter growth. The amethyst crystal with a short prism stands on white Quartz. The color is very deep and distributed in zones. The luster is excellent.

Sceptered Quartz variety smoky from an isolated find in which the upper part of the crystals is of an excellent smoky color and the lower part on which the scepter grows is milky Quartz with faces coated by parallel growths of small crystals, also Quartz.

TN66F5: Sceptered Elbaite
In the form of a scepter with a pleasant mix of color, so this is an Elbaite with class. The color is gentle and also intense, especially given the luminous green, which is difficult to describe. A classic beauty.

TJ47D8: Sceptered Elbaite
This one takes the first prize in originality. Not only is the main crystal gemmy, in its upper region there is another scepter crystal that crosses the first. All of them are doubly terminated, undamaged and floaters. The best of this unique find.

TE66H3: Sceptered Elbaite (indicolite)
Scepter growth of a double parallel prism with a complex termination with rhombohedral faces. Its color is extraordinary, deep blue without green shades, so common in this type of crystal.

TF91S5: Sceptered Quartz (variety amethyst) and smoky Quartz
Very well defined scepter growth with echeloned faces, internal and external, and very well marked "window" forms. The sample is uniformly violet with smoky areas in the scepter. The base of the piece had been polished to give it some stability.
