Druse of Mimetite crystals on a rock matrix that resemble the English campylites, with a spheroidal shape but very well-defined faces and edges, and with a very intense uniform yellow color. The sample is from a recent find at Tharsis.

Group of Mimetite crystals in arborescent growths which are more marked in the more yellowish crystals and less developed in the paler yellowish crystals. The crystals are lustrous, with a uniform color, and the most aerial ones have acute pyramidal endings. Comes from the well-known Ojuela mine in Mexico, which has been exploited for more than 350 years for silver, lead and zinc.
