Acanthite crystal growths (selenium-rich) with the dominant faces being the rhombododecahedron, an unusual form for the species, some of them with hoppered growths, associated with Polybasite crystals, likewise rich in selenium, Calcite, and coatings of small Pyrite crystals. Analyses of the specimen, of which we will send a copy to the buyer, indicate a high content of selenium in both the Acanthite and the Polybasite.

Aerial growth of dodecahedral Acanthite crystals, a very unusual form for the species, some of them with “window” growths and partially coated by small Pyrite crystals. The sample has been analyzed, the analytic results indicating a high selenium content. We will send a copy of the analysis to the buyer.
The specimen has been reviewed, photographed and published as a new discovery in the magazine ‘Mineral Up’ on page 43 of the 2019/02 edition.

Aerial and arborescent growth of Silver crystals with the very marked cubic forms having been preserved, and that has been completely pseudomorphed by Acanthite. The specimen is a Moroccan classic for silver minerals, of which only few specimens are seen in the mineralogical market.
