Group of dipyramidal crystals, one of them clearly dominant, of very well defined faces and edges, an excellent luster and an unusual dark color that resembles the classic Korean specimens. The growth is not as simple as it looks at first view, and has mosaic and echeloned forms.

Translucent dipyramidal deep brown Scheelite crystal. It is bright, has polycrystalline growths and is on a white Calcite matrix with small Quartz crystals. Before the Chinese samples appeared, these Korean pieces were the "top" for the species.

Group of very sharp dipyramidal Scheelite crystals, with very marked parallel growths, translucent, with good luster and an intense orange color. On matrix, with Quartz crystals and Cassiterite. The specimen comes from a little-known locality that had its moment in the years when Russian minerals were just emerging on the mineralogical market, but about which little else became known later.

Actually the pieces of Scheelite from Korea are now really rare. On this one the perfect definition of faces an edges on the pyramidal crystal and also its luster is specially interesting. The Scheelite is, at the same time with a perfectly formed crystal of Quartz, partially covered by Dolomite. To all this we must add its very original lilac-purple color, visible under a very intense light, as the picture shows.
