Double spherical Calcite growth, with a yellowish-white color, implanted on an aggregate of prismatic crystals with rhombohedral terminations, also Calcite, but coated by a thin film of small Siderite crystals with a bright bronze color. The three components of the sample: spherical Calcite, crystalline Calcite and Siderite have been analyzed and we will send a copy of those analyses to the buyer.

Parallel growths of translucent Calcite crystals tinted by reddish Hematite inclusions with very flattened Siderite crystals that have a pale cream color, and white rhombohedral Dolomite crystals on the back.
The sample is from the Francesco S. Stoppani collection (catalog number 0440), whose label we’ll send to the buyer with another from Mineralien N. Stötzel, of Siegen. As is the case with so many specimens in this collection, the sample is of great quality for the locality
