Specimen formed by several thick tabular interpenetrant twin crystals of Aragonite, two of which are clearly dominant, with deeper purple color in the center and lighter around
the ends of the crystals. From a classic Spanish mineral locality, La Pesquera in Cuenca, this type of specimen is found in Triassic age strata, specifically in the Keuper facies that occupies a considerable portion of Cuenca's geography.
