Adamite (variety Co-bearing adamite).
JFD167AO9: Adamite (variety Co-bearing adamite)
An absolute rarity. From the well-known Dolores Mine in the Los Pedroches Valley, this nice exception piece. The type of minerals found in that mine, with a preponderance of native Bismuth, are not famous for their beauty, but this cobalt-bearing Adamite stands out for its intense color and its good crystallization. Small crystals, yes, but very showy. As a curiosity, the engineer J.A. Carbonell Molina, who found it around 1963, classified it as 'Roselite'. Recent analyses prove that it is actually Adamite.

EA13M1: Adamite (variety cuprian)
This esthetic cuprian Adamite specimen is from an important vug that was mined last March at the venerable Ojuela Mine, in Durango, a mine that is being worked again. The specimen consists of well defined crystals of very brilliant cuprian Adamite, with an interesting green color with bluish tones. Of special appeal is the pseudo-octahedral Adamite crystal shape due to well developed terminal faces to the detriment of the prism. Also, with some olive green Austinite crystals in spherical growths, on a rust-red Limonite matrix.
We will provide a copy of the cuprian Adamite analysis to the buyer.
