An Elbaite specimen with good transparency and luster, intense green color. With sharp faces and edges. The crystal is not complete at the bottom but it is terminated at the top, showing the rhombohedron faces. On a Quartz matrix.

Rose Quartz showing a delicate pink color, very uniform. But the best feature of the specimen is the definition, as the upper crystals have perfect morphology and parallel growth, with well defined faces and edges which is unusual in this Quartz.

TT64L2

Nice doubly terminated Brazilianite crystal, very aerial on a Muscovite crystal as a matrix. Excellent glassy luster and pleasant yellow greenish color. A perfect sample.

MZ26L2

Excellent specimen of this uncommon manganese phosphate. Reddingite crystals are well defined, with good color, brilliance and size for the species. The matrix consisists of delicate rosettes of prismatic Huréaulite crystals, very sharp and with good brilliance, with pinkish tones. On the base there is a growth of crystalline and deep blue Strengite with small Triphylite crystals. As we usually do with rare species, we will send a copy of the analysis of the Reddingite and Triphylite to the buyer.

Miniature of prismatic crystals, two of them dominant, with perfect terminations on top, good transparency and intense green color, slightly zoned perpendicular to main axis. On the main crystal top termination we can see something similar to dissolution structures and inside the crystal some carbon inclusions. A luminous specimen.

The crystal growth of this specimen inside a tight cavity makes it different from other Adamites. Formed by two fan-shaped groups of Adamite crystals, nearly perpendicular, this specimen shows marked triangular terminal faces.

TM61L2

Interesting specimen formed by groups of fan-shaped colorless and very bright Hemimorphite crystals, with very sharp edges and faces. Some of them have intergrown with a generation of snowy white and defined rhombohedral Calcite crystals. Some Hemimorphite crystals are imbedded in Calcite crystals and others are showing terminal faces. Previously in the T.L. Potucek Collection.

A novelty of Tucson 2008. Group of Wulfenite crystals showing an uncommon morphology. Elongated dipyramidal and very acute crystals, the color varies between yellow and orange, a little bit darker in the center, and good brilliance. With very small deep green Mimetite crystals and on Limonite matrix.

Well defined octahedral Acanthite crystals and very curious and esthetic V shape, with skeletal growths.

Group of prismatic habit Azurite crystals with nice terminations and excellent color and luster. The surface of the prism is partially transformed to Malachite, adding esthetic quality to the specimen. The fibrous Malachite matrix has adequate size, not too big, nor too small.

Group of several parallel crystal growths of Azurite, showing the elongated prism and many of them doubly terminated. Excellent brilliance and cobalt blue transparency in the terminations. With a small bit of matrix.

Specimen with very bright faces and marked edges. In the front of the main Cerussite crystal it is possible to observe another twinned crystal that gives a contrasted esthetic to the specimen. Excellent transparency and smoky tone. A classic from Tsumeb.

Group with very sharp faces and edges. Excellent luster and color, transparency by a transmitted light resembles honey. Partially coated by Rhodochrosite. With Galena and Chalcopyrite in the Rhodochrosite matrix.

Very rich group of rhombohedral crystals with very sharp faces and edges, and a delicate pink color. With small transparent Quartz crystals, especially covering the entire back side of the matrix.

From a classic Catalan locality, at the foot of the Montseny Massif, we can enjoy this old Orthoclase specimen. A group of crystals with slight orange color totally coated by small Albite crystals, doubly terminated, orientated, very transparent and with good brilliance.

A well positioned group of twinned rhombohedral Dolomite crystals, translucent to transparent, with very sharp edges and faces. On matrix. It results in a very attractive specimen.

Good specimen in matrix with a dominant Dolomite crystal twinned with a smaller one. Both are translucent and they show interior dark zoned growths. With very sharp faces and edges. On a matrix of small Dolomite crystals.

Group formed by pentagonododecahedral (pyritohedral) crystals, with very sharp and brilliant faces and edges. On the nucleus there is a big pyritohedron that seems to be the basis to the other pyrite crystal growth. Noting the discovery year, the matrix, and the excellent preservation we believe that it will not alter in the future.

Elegant classic Barite specimen from the Moscona Mine with very aerial pale blue crystals, that show a slight color zonation, more intense in the center. Partially peppered with Pyrite microcrystals and nice white saddle-shaped Dolomite on cubic grey-yellow color Fluorite.

Stratiform Opal specimen with very bright conchoidal surface and really esthetic combination of red, pink and yellow colors. We must also note that the locality is unknown by most mineralogists.

The phosphate deposit of Palazuelo de las Cuevas (Zamora, Spain) is well known for the presence of Variscite. This mineral was mined by Prehistoric man. Variscite occasionally is accompanied by Turquoise, Wavellite and other phosphates. In this specimen the Turquoise occurs as pale blue micro crystals coating a small vug. We call your attention on the nice acicular Wavellite radial crystal growths with good luster and yellow to apple-green color. We’ll provide a copy of the analysis to the buyer. A classic sample from a classic Spanish locality.

This specimen comes from the pockets of the granite area of El Berrueco (Madrid). A big Quartz crystal partially covered by a thin layer of colorless but very bright and well defined Apophyllite-(KF) crystals. There are small and isolated generations of Fluorapophyllite crystals on the Quartz pyramid faces not covered by Apophyllite-(KF).

A representative specimen from the type locality. On a Limonite matrix, very bright Jarosite crystals showing a tabular habit, some in groups of rosettes and other isolated crystals with developed prism faces. Brown color is very intense and excellent transparency. NASA Opportunity Rover prospecting on planet Mars found Jarosite that may point to the rock's wet history having been in an acidic lake or an acidic hot springs environment, like in Barranco Jaroso deposit.

Parallel growth of prismatic and tabular Barite crystals. Some of them doubly terminated and translucent, showing a grey bluish color (blue with transmitted a light source). This specimen comes from an old find close to Stoneham, Colorado (USA), where doubly terminated crystals were not so common.
